Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for products or services purchased directly from us, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

General Policy

If you purchase a product or service directly from us and no separate agreement applies, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us in writing.

Physical Products

Physical products may be eligible for a refund if they are returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Digital Products and Services

Digital downloads, bespoke research, consulting services, and other custom or substantially delivered work are generally non-refundable once delivery has started, access has been granted, or the work has been materially performed.

How To Request a Refund

Email jacob@kontiva.com with your name, order details, proof of purchase, and the reason for your request. We may ask for additional information to verify the purchase before processing a refund.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, we will aim to process it within 7 business days. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Exceptions

We may refuse refunds where there is evidence of misuse, abuse, repeated refund requests inconsistent with good-faith use, or where a service or product was delivered as agreed.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
